5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship PAN-India via trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
Remote areas may require additional days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
iKAN World is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, strikes, or uncontrollable events.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or incorrect address details.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:

The product received is incorrect
The product is expired
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Upon verification, we will offer:
