1. Returns
Due to the nature of health & wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
However, returns are accepted if:
The product is damaged
The product received is incorrect
The item has expired
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we will offer:
A replacement product
Or store credit, depending on availability
Our team may request photos/videos for verification.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
Product not delivered (lost in transit)
Order cancelled before dispatch
Verified damaged/incorrect product
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
